Caleb was very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with me in terms that were easy to understand. He was very personable and considerate and nice. He kept in touch with me after the initial visit and returned 3 times to make sure everything was complete to my satisfaction. Highest recommendation for the entire company.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. One important differentiating factor for going with a smaller company vs larger chain is that we had the same technician come out every time during the removal and installation process. Caleb was great, informative and thorough. We appreciate their service.

Our Process

Our process

Are you dealing with wildlife or pest infestation? Give us a call today! Our technicians and wildlife control experts are fully trained and fully equipped with the knowledge to provide you with a custom solution that will guarantee the perfect result. Here’s our approach to the world-class service we provide.

Thorough inspection

Inspection is the critical first step to resolving any wildlife problem. An inspection helps us understand the full extent of the problem to develop an effective control tactic.

Our technician will look through your entire property – from the chimney to attic to under crawl spaces to pick up areas that may serve as wildlife pain points shortly. Moreover, our technician will assess damages caused by the wildlife.

Develop a control strategy

Your wildlife infestation problem deserves a unique solution. That’s what Metro Wildlife and Pest Control provide. We take a holistic approach to wildlife and pest control. By assessing all components involved, we determine what services you might require. Some of what we do include:

Wildlife removal

When needed, different wildlife removal tactics include trapping and relocation, exclusion, and even euthanization. Depending on your circumstances, we determine what approach to take.

Restoration and repairs

Wild critters and pests cause much damage – from deteriorating wooden structures to polluting the insulation. Metro Wildlife and Pest Control provide complete repair services. We examine all the damages caused by the nuisance pests before deciding what needs to be fixed. This may include replacing the insulation, pipes, wires, or even some wooden structures. Our technicians have the skill set to perform a wide array of repair activities to preserve your building’s structural integrity.

Cleanup, decontamination, and odor removal

Nuisance pests leave behind lots of waste. These wastes pollute the entire area, pose severe health risks, and leave a horrible odor.

That’s why Metro Wildlife and Pest Control also provides decontamination and odor removal services. We get rid of droppings and waste left behind by the animals, kill off pathogens with an enzyme-based cleaner, and restore air quality with effective deodorizers.
